Counting calories at an event?
Hi So I was at my nephews christening today. I am wondering how on earth do I count calories at events like that where there was a hired hall with food served buffet style. Obviously i would not bring my scales. Any suggestions?

Rebounder?
Hi everyone I received a rebounder (mini trampoline) for Christmas. Does anyone have one of these? Do you have any recommendations for exercise (HIIT) preferably and also do you know the calorie burn? I don't have a HR Monitor.

Not enough protein?
Hi guys I am struggling with getting enough protein. I am barely making 50% of protein on some days and on those days I am starving by the time the evening has come. I am working out every day. Any suggestions of how I can get my macros in order? High protein sources? My diary is open and I log everyday.

How many calories?
Hi I am 5ft 2 woman and have about 40lbs weight left to lose. I have just left slimming world (points based) and joining mfp. I am a homeschooler so I am typically sitting down apart from housework. For 1.5 to 2lb loss mfp is saying 1,200 calories?? Is that correct. And if I exercise should I eat back those calories. Thanks

If you miss your exercise routine do you reduce cals?
As the subject line says, My calorie allowance is based on the fact that I breastfeed (500 cals) and work out 2 times a week (about 500 cals burn each time). This week has been difficult to workout with two sickly babies. Can I ask whether people drop their calories when they can not exercise? And if so how much by? Thanks
