My first NSV!
Well I am down only 5.4 pounds so far with alot more to go but this morning I put on my coat that is usually so tight on my arms that I can't move and I slid it right on this morning! I have been working out like a fiend so even though the scale isn't down by much, my inches are definitely dropping :)

Sew my lips shut!
Oh how I wish I could. I'm just going to have to come to the realization that I have an eating disorder, and that I need to cut off alot of foods that have good "mouth feel" because once I start, it isn't too long before it's a full on binge! Does anyone else have this problem? What do you do to control it?
