I am new to lifting and I am wondering what some good exercises are for a total body workout. I'm looking to lose alot of weight so I do alot of cardio, but I don't want to be skinny fat and my ultimate goal is to get into fitness competitions.
So lifting is a MUST for this.
What moves do you do and how many reps? I'll be lifting heavy so lots of weight, less reps.

Look up stronglifts 5x5 or the new rules of weightlifting for women. Both should fit your needs.0
