Maintenance makes me nervous...

Weigh in question
I just had a general question for everyone. When you weigh in, how much weight lost do you feel OK with? For example, I weight in every week. I normally feel OK about my weight loss when it's over a half pound. Does anyone else feel this way?

Snacking at work
I've lost 15 lbs and I eat well when I'm at home. However, I work in a restaurant and when I get into a bind or stressed from being busy I tend to want to grab small bits of cookies, brownies, jello, ect.
