Weigh in question

I just had a general question for everyone. When you weigh in, how much weight lost do you feel OK with?

For example, I weight in every week. I normally feel OK about my weight loss when it's over a half pound. Does anyone else feel this way?

I weigh in all through out the day. It's motivation for me to see the number much less than it was 2 months ago. But I only log in my weight every wednesday. I step on the scale first thing in the morning after I relieve myself, but again at 11 am. I have found you weigh less a few hours after you wake up.

When I weigh myself everyday , often... I understand your body fluctuates, but when its like 3 or 4 lbs , I literally cuss at the scale lol

I have plateaued in my weight loss and now I weigh-in every morning to see how yesterday's meals affected me. I generally weigh in the highest Monday morning and lowest Friday mornings. It shows me that what I eat specifically determines my weight.

I weigh in once a week (On Saturdays) and honestly, I'm with any loss. In my mind, a loss is a loss, no matter how much. It's still a step in the right direction for me :)

IDK if this helps at all, just my thoughts

I weigh once a week on Tuesday morning and I'm happy with any downward trend at all. I'll even be somewhat satisfied with a stay the same if I know that I've earned it over a loss due to my eating.

I agree, any loss is a loss, I don't care if it is .2 lbs. Sure, I'd love to see a bigger number, but as long as the number keeps going down, I'm happy.

Thanks everyone for the perspective! Also, I have another question that goes with the same topic. I only have about 6.5 lbs left of my weight loss. It seems to be the hardest of the 24 that I wanted to lose. I was thinking maybe I should start recording my weight twice a week to see how the food I'm eating and exercise is effecting me. I don't want to get off of the groove that I'm on, but I think I need to to this until I hot my goal. Suggestions?
