Snacking at work

I've lost 15 lbs and I eat well when I'm at home. However, I work in a restaurant and when I get into a bind or stressed from being busy I tend to want to grab small bits of cookies, brownies, jello, ect. I try to tell myself that if I'm going to feel guilty about it then don't eat it, and that works 90% of the time. Anyone have any other suggestions on how I can stop snacking? I also take a snack bar, a sandwich and some fruit for lunch as well, but still need to get over the snacking! I also have 10 more lbs to lose and don't want to jeopardize that either.

Maybe try chewing gum? Also make sure you're eating enough good food.0

I would suggest trying to budget for snacks and trying to choose healthier snacks. Perhaps you could also bring food to work with you, such as carrot or celery sticks so that you have something to resort to other than restaurant desserts.0

rubber band around your wrist, and every time you want to snack, snap it.0
