It's after dinner and I still have 1000 calories to eat...
So, I've eaten breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. I burned a little over 600 calories today, and gained 269 calories. MFP says I still have 1181 calories left for the day. My first 5k is in March and I need some advice
I DO NOT claim to be a runner, cyclist or whatever. However, I have always wanted to participate in a 5k or some type of walk/run. I am finally going to do it in March. Not seeing any results and need some help.
Need some help: I'm literally working my booty off, eating right, and drinking all my water. Still, I'm not seeing any results on the scale. I just made my diary public, so any pointers you guys can offer are greatly appreciated.
