Dried Watermelon
I made a huge batch of dehydrated watermelon...and have googled and searched but can't find any calorie estimates for it. Anyone have any ideas? It tastes super yummy and crunchy (I dried it in thin strips) and I figure is a healthy version of eating a potato chip!
