Resistance Band Exercises
How often can you do the same resistance band exercises in a week? I have been told when you go to the gym to lift weights, you should only work out upper body every other day and lower body every other day. Is it the same with resistance band exercises? Or can I do them every day and still get results?

Cannot STAND to be hungry!!!!!!
