Maintain Weight
Hi! I am finally at my goal weight of 125 pounds!! I delievered my baby at 179, almost 2 years ago. I was pretty steady at 142....but now 17 pounds are off and I feel FANTASTIC!!!!! My worry is switching to maintain....it seems like a whole lot more calories then I am used too and am worried I am going to start packing…

So, I started a new column on my counter, Sugars! So, I am under my calorie goal consistently since I started here in Jan! But, since I added sugar about 2 weeks ago, I dont think I have ever been under that goal. What types of food should I be switching too that would reduce sugar intake. I knew I had a sweet tooth!! LOL!…

Demotivated!
Everyone has been commenting on how great I am looking. I have lost the last bit of extra baby weight. Now, I feel like....am I done. I know this is supposed to be a lifestyle change and moving to healthier eating and better choices. But, I just feel like, well I look better...where are my carbs, and junk!
