Sugar

So, I started a new column on my counter, Sugars! So, I am under my calorie goal consistently since I started here in Jan! But, since I added sugar about 2 weeks ago, I dont think I have ever been under that goal. What types of food should I be switching too that would reduce sugar intake. I knew I had a sweet tooth!! LOL! But, this is a bit much! I am 5 pounds away from my goal and I think getting my sugar under control is the key!

    I am in the same boat. I am over in sugar everyday. It is sooo hard to avoid.

    Well -- right now I'm eating no sugar -- still eat my fruit so natural is ok -- but I will tell you that pretty much everything that is bought in a box, bag, or can has added sugar (or corn syrup, or dextrose, or fructose-glucose). It's challenging but six days in I feel fantastic. Labels are everything!:smile:
