Does anyone know any good diet planning websites? I know how many calories I want to eat a day, just not what foods to eat in order to do that. I want to plan things out days in advance so I can get the food I need and stick to what I got in the fridge.

Binge eating
I've noticed today that part of the reason my weight loss isn't going as well as I'd hope is that I tend to binge eat. I'm not eating because I'm hungry but because I feel the urge to want to eat. Anyone else going through this or have gone through this that can give advice on what to do?

I'm really trying to stop eating highly processed foods or frozen foods, but it seems that they are the only way I can actually lose weight as they have calorie counts on the packages.
