Any pointers for losing width in chest and hips

I'm a 27 year old male, clocking in at 306 lbs. I lost 50 lbs last year, but I want to lose additional weight in my chest and hips, especially my man boobs. I have no problem losing fat in the stomach area as that is the first place that goes. I was hoping to get some exercise points on working on getting my chest to come into where my stomach is. (At my ribs my stomach goes in about .5inch compared to my chest.) Any points would be great.
