So much sugar in fruits
do you worry about the sugar in fruit . It puts me over almost everyday. I can't believe how much is in eggplant that blows me away. I am -32 today just from natural foods (strawberries ,blueberries, banana, grapes, eggplant well and a dannon vanilla yougut) does this mean I need to cut out the fruits

HELP Blisters on feet from running (pics included )
This blister developed when I started running outside. It was just a blister then it started to turn brown. I bought some of those DR Sholls blister band aides but they don't stay on. Now I have another blister developing under this one. How can I get rid of this and keep it away. And is it normal for them to turn brown ???

what and how soon should I eat after a run
How soon and what should I eat after a run like 6miles. Today I ate an hour before a piece of toast with pbutter and half banana and 8oz of water. WHen I got back I drank 8oz of vitamin water but then got busy showering and cleaning house ended up having a major dizzy black out spell so I grabbed a protein bar that helped…

Ok so I have lost 54 lbs and toned most of my body thru various DVD workouts and running. But for some reason I can't seem to get my behind in shape. What are some toning exercises for the back side. Any ideas welcome

Just signed up for my first 5K nervous and excited
Started C25K about 2 months ago. Now have been running 3miles 3 times a week for 3weeks now. I just signed up for my first race in 1 week. Very excited but I am so nervous at the same time.
