I have been averaging 800 to over 1,000 exercise points a days, walking and swimming and haven’t lost weight in weeks! And I almost always have many (100s) leftover calories at the end of the day. So frustrating!
Does anyone know how to calculate this? It obviously is more strenuous than walking on a firm surface, even though it's at a slower pace.
Hi, I've just started this food plan and I'm wondering if anyone else is doing this and how you are doing? I've only been doing this for 11 days, however, so far, it has been relatively easy (surprisingly!). Since my will power is not the best, I almost think that for me, cutting it out completely work better. Any thoughts?
