Losing pounds with butter!!
Some people get down about not losing enough weight according to the scale! Going over on Protein
I always seem to go over on my protein with calories yet to consume, is to much protein bad?? I go over in protein eating mostly chicken and turkey. Will to much protein slow weight loss?? Thanks for any input!
