cedar plank tilapia topped with diced tomatos and onions, seasone with whatever you like. Asparagus put in tin foil with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. You can get the cedar planks at grocery store or sometimes hardware stores, they come made to cook on.

I can wrestle around on the floor with my two little girls and not get winded right away and have to quit!

The crackers one made me laugh! I also used to be able to eat a whole sleeve of crackers and now I just enjoy 5 crackers!

Stay focused!!! Don't let the 4 weeks you have put in go to waste. Weekends are my hardest time for keeping on track but I make an effort to burn more calories when I workout on those days. Forget the scale for a week, don't get hung up on those numbers for 1 lousy week! Keep it up!!

This one too was hard for me as I am a pretty big guy and hangin out with friends I could easily drink 10 to 15 beers a night on the weekends if not more. I think diet pop is fine in moderation, people might think it causes weight gain because they order a diet coke and then figure cuz they are drinking something with no calories they can order large french fries since they went with the diet cola, you won't lose weight doing that.
