I have 12 weeks to shred some weight and look mad cut for the Physique portion of the body building competition here. Joining for fun, kinda to push myself a bit more. Right now my diet Consists of -- Pastas, Potatoes and Beans turkey breast, Chicken , Pork , egg whiles Protein shakes and fruits Avacado trying to bulk up a bit but keep fat down and keep under macros any suggestions?
