Whats been working for me is Strong lifts for 4-6 weeks sets of 6, then switching to sets of 10-12 with lighter weeks for 4 weeks then switching back. every time u change from strength to endurace i feel i find iv gained a lot more strength

my diet is set to 2100 calories and im doing 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fat , Im taking protein suppliements and fish oil pills. working great for me. Exercise and proper diet is the key. I cut refined sugars, desserts, fried food, GMOs, most junk food. I do however have cheat days. But i try not to exceep my macro goal

I Drink a nice coffie before my workout. Usually workout early morning and i feel like the caffine is a good boost
