I thought I remembed seeing a report on either my mobile phone or the website where you could see the pie chart percentage breakdown of your protein, carbs and fat intake for the day. Anyone know if that's available on here? thanks

Calulating circuit training time
When entering in exerise time for circuit training do I count the rest period as well? for example I'm doing intervals, 1 set is 12 exercises 30 seconds working, 15 seconds rest, for 3 sets. Do I only tally up the 30 seconds of work blocks or just lump it all in together as a straight 30ish minutes for all 3 sets?
