When entering in exerise time for circuit training do I count the rest period as well?
for example I'm doing intervals, 1 set is 12 exercises 30 seconds working, 15 seconds rest, for 3 sets.
Do I only tally up the 30 seconds of work blocks or just lump it all in together as a straight 30ish minutes for all 3 sets?

I would only count the actual working time as MFP tends to overestimate calories burned anyway.0
