Have been off the program for over a year and a half and gained up from 165 lbs to 174 lbs.Have been on a real eating run..fast food 3 or 4 times a week ,no exercise at all.This program is great as it really lets you keep track of your caloric intake.I am 49 now and by the BIG 50 i really want to be in shape .11 months to…

I leave tomorrow for a one month stint on a ship.these cooks generally think they must serve deep fried everything for every meal.And oh yes there is never any lack of sweets as well or bacon,sausage,ham,hashbrowns and fried eggs onthe menu.It will be hard to get an idea of exactly what i am putting into myself calorie…

It will be great
I am on the 1.5 lb a week loss diet so i have a 710 calorie deficit a day.When i attain my desired weight i will be able to eat 235 extra calories more per meal than i eat now and still not put on weight.Wow i can hardly wait.That will certainly seem like a lot more eating.Yum Yum. Just saying hi and have been eating better and starting to exercise .Have lost 5 lbs in the past 3 weeks.I know not a lot but slow and steady sometimes wins the race.Anyway happy to be onboard.I keep this pic around as motivation that i really need to get in shape...
