Have been off the program for over a year and a half and gained up from 165 lbs to 174 lbs.Have been on a real eating run..fast food 3 or 4 times a week ,no exercise at all.This program is great as it really lets you keep track of your caloric intake.I am 49 now and by the BIG 50 i really want to be in shape .11 months to get there..Hi to all
