Minimum calories?
Hi all. I'm 6'3" and currently 305 lbs. I've lost about 65 pounds by severely limiting my calories to under 1,000 and following a high protein and low carb/fat diet. I'm not having a problem sticking to the diet and am taking vitamins and iron to replace lost nutrients. I don't know if my body is entering "starvation mode"…

Calories burned?
When I ride a stationary bike, the calorie counter reads that I have burned 225 calories in 30 minutes. But when I look up the same exorcise to add it on my tracker, it says that 30 minutes of moderate stationary bike burns 370ish calories. I don't want to over or under estimate what I burn. Should I split the difference?…

olive oil ok?
I seem to be making alot of my dinners by frying it in a tablespoon or two of olive oil. I always log it on my food tracker and I know it is calorie rich. But as lond as I stay below my calorie limit, is it ok to cook this way? I seem to make blackened fish and chicken mostly.
