hey fitfam! i'm still pretty new to the macros thing and had a question. so 4 oz of baked sweet potato has 23 carbs. am i supposed to weight the 4 oz after its baked or afterwards?

how long do you workout for?
I'm typically in the gym about 2 hours 4 days a week. that includes the stretching,water breaks and rest between sets (no chitchatting as i always have my headphones on full blast :-) ) someone else mentioned that anything over 45 minutes will actually build up your fat? not sure what to do??? please help!!

myfitnesspal vs heart rate monitor burned calories.
According to mfp, 120 minutes of weight lifting is 487 calories. According to my heart rate monitor i burned 795. I wonder which ones more accurate ???

80 lbs gone!!!
OMFG!!! i hit 175!!! at my heaviest i was at 255!!! it wasnt all at once but more like phases..from 255 to 230 then i maintained there for a while...then to 200 and maintained there for a while...my hardest stretch was to get under 190..i finally decided to get a trainer at which point with some good nutritional training…

Changing macros to cut
Hello all, my current macros are Carbs: 180/Protein:233/ Fats:52. i maintain with those macros.id like to do a cut for two weeks but not sure if im supposed to completely cut out carbs or just lower them significantly. any help would be appreciated! thanks mfp pals!!!
