Small Wins
Today I finally got my 5k time below 26 min at the 24th attempt at our weekly parkrun, running it in 25:45. I set my previous best of 26:01 on 14 September. Adding this to my scales starting to move downwards over the last couple of weeks after a long plateau I am well pleased

Parkrun
I've just found out about parkrun where 5k runs are organised on a weekly basis in a lot of local parks. My nearest is at Southwick and they have a free 5k race every Saturday morning. It might be worth a look on their web page at parkrun.org.uk, free to register and take part.
