Feeling disheartened

Does anyone take this class? If so how many calories does this burn roughly? One site I looked at suggested 1200 but I doubt that, I work for 60 mins with 4kg weight. Thanks.

Resting pulse
6 months ago, I decided I wanted to try and get fitter. My resting pulse was 82 beats/min. Today my resting pulse is 63 beats/min. I am so happy about this because a lower resting pulse is a sign of increasing fitness. There are other parameters to measure than weight!

Taking a day off
I have been doing well and since January 4th I have logged in every day. Hunger
I am well under my calories today but I dont feel hungry at all. This is unusual for me! I have seen warnings about eating too little, that it can be as unhelpful as eating too much. Do you think its ok to be under by 400 calories occasionally. Surely if my body needed it I would want more?
