WHy am I not see result
Why am I not see my weight loss but the scale says I have lost weight. I have only been doing cardio for a hour every day for the past 3 week. My diet has been good with a couple of slip up but always got back. SO far I lost 15 pounds according to the scale but I don't see the results on my body or feel it.

How often and how long do some of you work out for?
I'm working out everyday. An hour on the tread mill and 30 mins doing a bunch of different stuff. Is it too much? How often do some of ya work out for and how long?

Two more week and I'm done with my semester...AHHH!!!
Any college students out there that find it hard to stay healthy, with staying up late and all the stress. The last 2 week are always the most stressful and I know its going to be extra hard to stay on track. Any suggestion to stay on track.
