Fitbit broken???
What in the world is going on with my Fitbit?? I had a fairly active day plus used the eliptical for 30 minutes but it says that I burned over 8,000 calories. Do you suppose there is a glitch or is it broken?

Fit bit Question
Does anyone know why Fitbit calculates daily steps so differently? I cannot figure out why one day with less steps burns more than another day with more. Is it based on intensity of the step or more frequent steps at once?

Anyone have the Weider Total Body Works?

How soon do you delete people that have not logged in
I have not logged in for about a week because a friend suffered a horrible tragedy and honestly I could have easily slipped into my old eating patterns with comfort foods but I came back and logged in only to find many people "unfriended" me. BMR and cardio question
My BMR is 1500 calories a day. I entered my cardio calories according to my HRM (120 minutes and 670 calories) If MFP has my BMR in the calculation already as the energy I use just to function wouldn't I subtract 1500/24= 62.5 per hour of cardio since it was already deducted? 125 less?
