Heart Rate Monitor Suggestions
I am looking into buying a heart rate monitor, and I am looking for suggestions. I don't need it to auto upload, to MFP,, ust something accurate and reliable. So, if you use one, which one do you use and how do you like it?
Anyone else get cold hands & feet after exercising?
I have been experiencing cold hands and feet after my workouts. Sometimes it lasts several hours. I generally have good circulation, and it is only after my workouts that this happens.
