Always significantly low in Iron
Thanks to Myfitness Pal I am finding that I only get about half the iron I need a day. Interestingly enough, I eat a lot of kale, spinach, and asparagus but still dont reach the mark. Any suggestions? (my body does NOT react well to iron supplements)

I will still go to the gym 5 times a week and do some cardio on the elliptical- but did anyone do p90x and notice loss of inches and gain in muscle?
