Always significantly low in Iron

Thanks to Myfitness Pal I am finding that I only get about half the iron I need a day.

Interestingly enough, I eat a lot of kale, spinach, and asparagus but still dont reach the mark. Any suggestions? (my body does NOT react well to iron supplements)
