Calling petite ladies, around 125lbs - need advice
Hello ladies (and any gents who decided to read this too!) I'm 5"3, 124 lbs and train 5-6 times a week (4 strength training, and 1-2 fitness classes). Is anyone similar? - How many calories do you eat per day???

Protein loaded breakfasts help!
What is the best way of getting more protein into breakfast? I know eggs are good source but I don't want those everyday, plus they aren't good for my stomach. I do have peanut butter on ryvita some days but looking for a little more variety. Suggestions??
