Calling petite ladies, around 125lbs - need advice

Hello ladies (and any gents who decided to read this too!)

I'm 5"3, 124 lbs and train 5-6 times a week (4 strength training, and 1-2 fitness classes). Is anyone similar? - How many calories do you eat per day???

    I'm about 118 pounds on any given day. When I work out (usually just a 5k run), I eat about 1700/day to maintain. When I don't, it's more like 1500.

    To lose, it's more like 1200/1000.

    1350~2000, maintaining, depending on how I feel and where I eat.... Average about 1600/day. Now I'm doing strength training... Will observe how that affects my body/weight/appetite.

    When I was losing I did 1100~1400 depending on my activity level. Lost 9lbs in 45 days or so...

    Oh and I'm a bit over 5'4", 104lbs (pls don't freak out cuz my frame is teeny tiny. My wrist is 5.5inches.)
