I love that I can burn 600 calories in an hour
I didn't have much time for the gym today. I was on the treadmill for 20 minutes (I jogged for 6 of those minutes), the elliptical for 20 minutes and the bicycle for 20 minutes. It's a great way to burn major calories in a relatively short amount of time. It's also nice to switch it up so it doesn't get boring.

old pants
I tried on a pair of old jeans that I've not worn for probably 4 or 5 years. They weren't the prettiest things (I was sporting some stuffed sausage), but I was able to button and zip them and that's better than it has been.

I tried on my bikini from a couple of years back. It was snug, but I think if I keep on point and work really hard it'll fit good come june.

Monthly progress
Well, every month I take pictures and measurments. I've been bad this month and I know I've been bad, but at least I've not gained. So, in the last month I've lost an inch over all and 3 pounds. We had to pay taxes this month so we'll definately not be going out to eat. Hopefully, I'll get better results next month.

I started using myfitnesspal.com about a week ago. I started weighing at 196 lbs. I'm looking to build muscle and lose excess fat. So I'm hitting the gym 4-5 times a week. I strength train M-W-F with 30 minutes of cardio and on T-Th I'm doing water aerobics for 60 minutes. So we'll see how it goes.
