I just started week 3 today. It sure did step it up a notch. Who would've thought running 3 minutes would be that tough?

    Keep going! You can do it. I'm starting week 9 this week with the Podrunner interval series--it gets tougher, but the feeling of accomplishment when you are done is wonderful! And don't forget--don't worry about how fast you are going--just keep going and don't walk till it's time. Sometimes my jog stride felt like little more than my walk, but I kept going and it worked. Good luck!

    I started week 2 today.. I'm finding it a little bit easier to run though. But I guess there is only a 30 second difference between week 1 and week 2. I'm probably going to pass out week 3 haha.

    I felt like I accomplished something after the week 3. It was probably harder because I did strength training on my legs as well today. I don't think I'm going to be able to do it in 9 weeks. LOL, probably closer to 18 weeks.
