I'm a very muscular girl. All my fat tends to pool in my inner thighs and my hips and no where else. What are some tips or exercises I could do to tone down a little... or a lot! :noway:
I know with having a tight schedule and limited options in college, I'll be lured to eat this and that. It's a known fact you gain a bunch of weight in college because you binge on Ramen Noodles and PB & J. If you all know some tips on how to stay healthy and maybe even lose some weight; feel free to comment!
