Doing 30DS only 2, 3 times a week?
Back with another question. (hah, I only use this for the useful advice of a large fitness community, tracking is such a pain ;P) If I did a 30DS workout only 2 or 3 times a week, sort of as a toning, strength training replacement, would I gain anything from it?
