My weight was OK until mid-40s (140-160). Menopause and going back to work took its toll on my weight. I have tried EVERY diet. I have an enormous appetite and major problems with portion control. At age 66, exercising is a little harder. Would like to communicate with other seniors.
Hi, as you get older, it is a lot harder to not only loose weight but to exercise. This forum is for 55 and older or for people with health problems that prevent heavy exercise. What exercise opportunities are there? Any tips for maintaining a low calorie diet?
