Today I had to wake up at 4am to do an early work shift. I'm not used to getting up that early, and I had exhausted all my calories by 3:30p. I probably won't go to bed for another 4 hours, and I'm already over my calories from being up so long. Does anyone have any experience or tips for dealing with extremely long days?

Can I just say that I really hate this chart? First of all, it goes from "acceptable" to "obese." What? You don't even get to be classified as "overweight" before you're "obese"!
