so in additon to all my other workouts, I have recently added the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred to my daily plan. Am I supposed to do that every day like it is implied? I thought I was supposed to rest my muscles and only work certain ones every other day? I usually do some sort of cardio/strength training for 45-60…

Hi, I am new to my fitness pal, but love how it is working for me so far. I am starting a zumba class tonight, but there is not a choice of that in the cardio area under exercise. How can i get that information in there for the workout? How many calories do I count for it? Thanks
