kale chips
I have made these three nights in a row. 2 cups of kale, 2 tsp of olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt. Bake 300 for 21 minutes and voila, an amazing snack. But I am wondering ... is it possible to eat too many? I've been logging the snack in at 110 calories, but maybe that isn't right? Thoughts?

Tell me not to eat right now
It's 10 pm here. I am not hungry; I am bored. Just knowing that is HUGE for me. I'm also tired and found myself wandering around my kitchen, thinking about a snack. I DO NOT NEED A SNACK. Help me talk myself out of eating right now. This is my WORST time, and the point of the day when I ruin every good thing I did previous.

I've lost 20 lbs so far!
I feel like this deserves some kind of AW post about it. I still have another 30 to get to my goal weight, but I was so happy this morning when I stepped on the scale. I feel better, have more energy, and am just HAPPY these days. :)
