kale chips

I have made these three nights in a row. 2 cups of kale, 2 tsp of olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt. Bake 300 for 21 minutes and voila, an amazing snack.
But I am wondering ... is it possible to eat too many? I've been logging the snack in at 110 calories, but maybe that isn't right?
Thoughts?

I love these too!! You have to make them just right, though, to get them crispy, right?! I also add lemon juice to mine and rub the mixture on each leaf. My five year old even likes them!
I'm quite sure that no one has gotten fat from eating kale or kale chips!! So I think you're good! I'd just make sure to log the olive oil.
Enjoy!0 -
You'll find out lol!
I might wonder about the salt. I hate water retention:)0 -
