HRM overestimate calories?
I just got my Polar FT4 and used it for the first time. The HR recordings seemed accurate to how I was working, I did 16 minutes running total in a varied terrain and then a 41 minute walk. Body Fat Calculation not right?
I am trying to get an idea of my body fat and hence how much I need to lose. I have tried calculators but they keep saying I am around 17.2%. Considering this an athlete's body and trust me when I say I am no where near that I don't know what to do! I am wondering if my height is throwing off the calculator by any chance?…
