Help me figure this out
I'm looking at the BMR calculator and it says I need 2195 calories a day! I would gain weight like crazy with my 4'11'' frame. I think if I go beyond 1600 I would gain. I currently put my limit at 1410, though I do go over. Any pros here want to help me out? I think 2195 is excessive.

So my friend is making boeuf bourguignon tonight. I see some meals in the database. But how do you know if the calories are way off? What do you guys do when you eat something that doesn't have a nutrition label on it?

Soooo hungry!
I've been doing MFP for almost two weeks now and it leaves me so hungry! I'm trying not to bust through my intake.
