I am trying to add some running into my exercise routine. I am in fairly good shape but seem to have a mental block when it comes to running. I am thinking of getting started with this. I am 150 lbs. 5'6" and am looking to loose 10 pounds or so. Is this video alone enough for me? I am in decent cardio shape but have not done any strength traing ever. Any thoughts?
