Any help on syncing fit bit and my fitness pal?
I bought a new Fitbit specifically for my fitness pal, and now I can’t get it to sync at all. Very frustrating. I saw other posts about this and just wondered if there is a solution?

Hey all!
Just turned 48 and am at my heaviest without being pregnant :o . Time to work hard. I've been a member for a few years and am actually above my weight then when I originally started. UGH. Got about 50 pounds to lose but have been trucking along pretty well the last few days. Feel free to add me!

Which Probiotics are best?
I saw a thread a while back where people were taking probiotics. I took acidophilus for a while and really didn't notice anything. Is there a better kind? Thanks!
