Any help on syncing fit bit and my fitness pal?

I bought a new Fitbit specifically for my fitness pal, and now I can’t get it to sync at all. Very frustrating. I saw other posts about this and just wondered if there is a solution?

    What kind of issue/error are you having? Are you going to the app gallery and linking the accounts? Are you getting an error message? Or is it linked properly but the Fitbit amount isn’t updating?
