Too much sugar?! Help me!
So somehow I went over on sugar, but as far as my food goes, I thought everything was pretty healthy so far. I normally turn to fruits for snack time, but if I'm over sugar already, that'll push me way over. Is being too high on sugar that terrible?

I am well under my calorie goal for the day, and my belly is rumbling for a snack. I know that eating after a certain time is supposedly not good for you, but ignoring my hunger can't be good either. Would a low cal snack be that awful?

Best walking/jogging spots near West Ed?
When the snow melts, I want to get back into walking/jogging outside. I like having lots of nature around me, and don't particularly care for being in view of drivers while I run. They make me nervous, and then I don't try as hard, haha. What are your favorite nature walk areas in the West End, nearish West Edmonton Mall?
