Why is my neck getting bigger?
I measured my neck (first time in a year) and it's an inch bigger! I have been doing a lot of upper body workouts, but I try not to strain my neck. I haven't gained weight because I lost inches in other places. Is this inevitable, or am I doing something wrong?

I was looking at some measurements from last year, and I lost two inches in my waist, but gained two inches around my hips. Should I start New Rules of Lifting for Women?
I still have about 30 to 40 pounds to lose. I'm wondering if I should get a little closer to my goal weight before I start. Any suggestions?
